Yes, folks, I said cow. That's right, cow, as in Moo. Ever since Diablo 2 was released, people have enjoyed making item runs against the parts of the game that have the richest rewards. Since the likelihood of really powerful items appearing is very low, people want the most "bang for the buck" when it comes to playing time. The so-called Secret Cow Level has always had the highest concentration of enemies per-capita in the entire game. Thus, a cow run on a Hell-difficulty game can produce some great items!
Unfortunately, once you kill the boss on the Cow Level (the Cow King, appropriately), you are no longer allowed to open portals to the level. This utility fixes that by resetting the bits inside your savegame that block you from re-creating a portal to the level. As you can see below, after your character is saved with the De-cow-er, the Cow Level flags are reset.

You may download the file at the link above. Please be aware of one thing: this version is in Beta and lacks one noticable feature. It does not reset the checksum saved with the file, so after you De-Cow your savegame, you'll need to open it with ShadowMaster and simply resave it. This feature will be added, if I find time, later.
