Herein lie the stories sung of Nikhil when the world was young.

04-30-2003 [BF]

Cute young chickies showed up to to the bar tonight when we were playing. Even got them to sing along a bit.

No downside? Wrong - there's always a price to pay. We had to promise to learn 3 songs by next week including some AC/DC. God. They probably won't show anyway.

04-23-2003 [BF]

Missing my second band outing since I'm in Dayton. Ick.

04-16-2003 [BF]

Missing my first band outing since I'm in Columbus. Ick.

A few things:

  1. First, make sure to check out the Japanese Matrix Reloaded trailer for some sweet footage including Agent Smith somehow "infecting" Neo, ala the liquid mirror in the first one.
  2. Also, the Enter The Matrix game trailer has new footage from the film, including that of The Keymaker talking to Niobe and her sidekick. This scene alone makes the trailer a must-see.
  3. I have added a guestbook to the links bar above. You can leave feedback, comments, or worship me at that link. Sorry for the advert line across the top, but it was free... ;)
  4. Note the new Matrix Code background for this page only. Zesty.
At some point, I will attempt to "stitch" scenes from all 5 trailers into a linear format... That will be quite a little trick...

Wow Again! A new Matrix: Reloaded TV spot! TOTALLY NEW FOOTAGE!

Keep your underwear on for this ride!... This was originally aired at the end of E.T. a while back (the stupid TV show, not the Spielberg movie).

This one shows a taste of what The Twins can do, and some more sweetness from Trinity. Oh, did I mention Morpheus with his Katana? To quote Neo: Whoa.

WOW!!!!! I just stumbled onto BRAND NEW Matrix: Reloaded posters.

They are linked from the Projects > Other Hacks page. Or, click for a quick-link here.

04-07-2003, night

Yum... A nice Olive Garden dinner with Tiramisu for dessert. Oh, and a nice tall glass of Cabernet. I'm so freaking refined it hurts sometimes.

Ow.

04-07-2003

Nice people down here, and everyone drives FAST! The SLOWEST driver I saw was doing 60. The fastest? I would guess around 90. And it wasn't just one guy!...

04-06-2003, afternoon

ICK. I'm off to freakin' Dayton. Whoop-te-doo.

04-05-2003, latenight

A little hanging out with the gang... Some very interesting things I'd like to say here, but won't for confidentiality reasons.

Joe's Crab Shack for dinner - good stuff - love my shrimp dinners! Then, we all went to see Phone Booth. An excellent movie, with a definite indie feel to it (small sets, no overdone effects).

Of course, everyone pulled a grandpa afterwards and just went home. Old farts.

Props to me for getting us a waitress! Yay, me!!!
Props to Laura for thinking the balloon guy was the manager. Yay, her!

04-04-2003, later that night

Well at least Lisa still remembers me. She also made reference to "Man-Straws," which is always a good sign. Ah, and the usual pool jokes about balls and sticks. ;)

(Oh, and nice ears.)

04-04-2003

Off to go play pool with Malchorious. Haven't played for a while. Wonder if my chickies at the bar still remember me...

04-02-2003, latenight

Bret and I were flying by ourselves tonight at the gig. Decent performances by all. I sang for a while, and then a Spanish gentleman came up and I backed him up while he played and sang for the first time in 20-some years. Good fun for everyone.

Props to Nancy for her support as well as her friend, whose name I can't remember.
Revision (4-08-2003): His name is Jeffrey.

04-01-2003

I'm thinking of retiring this site.

NOT!
